In this role, you will be a key member of the Recruitment team, supporting and managing a range of areas:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries, providing timely support and guidance.
- Manage and direct HR-related calls, emails, and correspondence to the appropriate team members/channels.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all employment documentation and compliance requirements are completed.
- Coordinate and administer the full performance management cycle.
- Maintain HR trackers and reports, ensuring employee data and start dates are accurately recorded and updated.
- Manage the immigration process for expatriate employees joining the Amman office, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
- Prepare, manage, and negotiate employment offers for candidates joining the business.
- Partner with business leaders through regular meetings to provide HR guidance and support on people-related matters.
- Collaborate with management and employees to resolve workplace issues, strengthen employee relations, and promote a positive working environment.
- Provide expert HR advice to managers and staff on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and complex casework.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
- Maintain and update staff movement trackers, including joiners, leavers, sabbaticals, maternity leave, and other employee status changes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or agency)
- At least 4 years’ experience in professional services or a large organization
- Proficiency in Office Systems skills with good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
